HOUSE + LOVE = HOME

Well since I am a homemaker I should take my job more seriously, right? Ha ha.
I will be posting here about creating a home. Over the years I worked on renovating a few houses. Being frugal is my always priority, but I am trying to think resale as well. We have to, you never know what new opportunities will come. It means I have to be smart where to spend money and where I can get away with being frugal.
I am also a huge promoter of renovating when needed not because fashion calls for change. I like to keep what I can and improve it and make it mine (again not too crazy - think resale). I like to keep environment on my mind all the time and think about how my actions will affect nature. Sometimes it is easy sometimes you have to face some challenges.
I often use nature for inspiration and I like rustic old look.  But most of all I need practical living, and simplicity and less cleaning ha ha.

Thank you for your visit, come back again.
