Fall creations

Fall is such an amazing season for craft making and decorating. I feel like I am worn out from summer and start of the new school year.
The days are getting shorter and the garden is putting herself to hibernating mode. Time to relax a bit.
I just want to sit down and make something cute. The nature supplies is with crafting material that can last for a long time.  For some of us it is time of the year when we start thinking gift giving and working on homemade gifts.
I will post some Fall theme ideas here, but feel free to browse trough other craft pages.

Decorating chandelier

We found lovely  long black beaded necklace at a thrift store, and we had idea to decorate our chandelier.
I think it added lovely and simple way to decorate for Halloween.

Thanks giving tree

This is fun Thanksgiving tradition. We make circles from card stock (recycled cards), add some details on one side and each member writes what they are thankful for on the other side. We attach a string and hang it up. I have this jewelry display, but you can use branches etc.

Bat bunting

This bat bunting added a little bit of scary look to our doorway.
Ie folded paper few times, and drew half of a bat (make sure you do it on the right side), then I cut the bats out with scissors leaving one spot attached (the end of wings), then I enjoyed opening it. If you want to make really long bunting you can tape a few smaller size buntings together.
Supplies: black paper, scissors, sticky tack (or tape)
Time: about 15 mins, depending on lenght
