Decorating with pine cones

Pine cones, evergreen branches are big part of Christmas for me.
I fill containers with sand then put candles in, some branches and pine cones. Since all can catch on fire I always watch the candles...

Crochet snowflakes

Nope I did not make them, I totally cheated and I am thrilled I had the guts to take apart this doily. I know it it sad, but found it in the thrift store for a dollar and it had holes. I rather use parts of it then the whole thing not being used at all.
There is a little trick where to take them apart so they don't run.
I put them on little hooks and used them on our Christmas tree, as well as part of other Christmas decorations.

Winter pictures

My kids drew winter theme pictures over the years and I just put them in frames, decorate with them for Christmas. It is cute how the kids are proud of themselves.

Carolers

Kids and I made these little carolers out of toilet paper rolls and old socks.
Supplies: toilet paper roll, socks, yarn, construction paper, glue, scissors, googly eyes....

Crochet bowl

Easy crochet bowl can be filled with any small Christmas decorations...

Outdoor ski decoration

I turned these old skis onto a decoration.
First I screwed them together, ten painted and then attached decoration.
